Matsunaga Japan Silicone-Coated Deep Madeleine Pan
Made of tinplate steel with a silicone coating for easy release. Perfect for baking deep-cavity madeleines with a full-bodied shape and delicate texture. Please note that minor black marks or surface scratches may appear during manufacturing. The top surface is fully silicone-coated, and these marks are not considered defects or affect performance.
- Durable silicone finish for easy release, but buttering the molds is recommended for best results
- Temperature resistant up to 200°C
- Not dishwasher safe
- Made in Japan
